About us
In 2006, our founder and CEO, Fabian Torres, became a licensed real estate agent in Florida. Since then, we have worked in this market with a focus on land.
We chose land because we saw cities like Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Port Charlotte growing rapidly, and we wanted more people to be able to invest and be part of that development before the cities fully grew.
Since 2007, we have been telling people that Florida is a great opportunity, and many of those cities have since developed tremendously. We continue to do the same: helping our clients invest in the next growing cities.
Many of them have built homes, and some have even moved to Florida. For us, that is the most rewarding part of this work.
